Summary


  1. Maintaining MIS of all Billing.

  2. Handling all maters related Telenor Sim.

  3. Maintain all record of Security files.

  4. Handling & updating all matters related to CCTV complaints.

  5. Supervises (Vendor) Team at Control Room. 

  6. Report to (Vendor) for CCTV related issues in Control Room. 

  7. Maintaining Daily Complaint Sheets related to CCTV & share details with HOA & (vendor). 

  8. Provide Recordings for internal investigations when required by Head Office.  

  9. Analyze data to form proposals for improvements (e.g. implementation of new technology).

  10. Receive security Alarm system related calls in Control Room from vendor (Phoenix & Fearless) & respond to their query’s when buzzer received by their Control Room’s from branches. 

  11. Inspect equipment for failures and faults.

  12. Notify timely to IT Division when link issue appears in Control Room to  minimize service disruption and lost time.

  13. Coach (vendor) staff  at Control Room when necessary in order to maintain timely resolution of complaints related to CCTV & Alarm System (buzzers).

  14. Set meetings with (vendor) on need basis on CCTV related matters.

  15. Deploy guards at Sindh Bank Branches .

  16. Provide Protocol to guests at Head Office.

  17. Maintain petty cash of Head Office .
